Cat Tobin is the co-owner and Managing Director of Pelgrane Press, a tabletop RPG company based in London, UK. An Irish native and resident, she has been heavily involved with the roleplaying community in Ireland and the UK since the late 1990s, doing everything from writing and design, to marketing, finance, and convention organisation.
